More than JUST your photographers…
One of the main ways we can capture the genuine moments of the day is by getting to know you ahead of time. It’s really hard to relax and be yourself in front of someone you don’t know, ESPECIALLY if they have a camera. This is why as soon as you inquire with us, we try to hop on a phone call. We’ll introduce ourselves, and listen to all the details you’re thinking about for the big, and then you’ll probably hear us giggle and squeal with excitement, because we can already imagine how your story will unfold through pictures. We never get tired of it! If you’re local, we may even suggest we go out for coffee or pizza, because who doesn’t love either of those (no judgment if you don’t). The more we get to know you, the more passionate we become when photographing the big day.
We also include engagement photos in all of our collections for the same reason. We get to spend more time together, and laugh at all the corny jokes that we come up with. Mainly me. Jess tends to look unimpressed with my dad jokes… but anything to get people to laugh or smile for a candid photo, am I right?
By the time the wedding comes around, we want you to feel like we’re just two friends coming to celebrate the day with you. We’re there to hype you up and tell you how GORGEOUS you are, and how he better cry when he sees you! Also, we both come from big families, and we adore seeing how your family gets involved in all the small moments. When it’s time to party, you better believe we’re out there on the dance floor! Mainly to get photos of everyone gettin’ down… but you may catch us busting a move. We apologize in advance.

Every Moment Matters
Our favorite thing about every weddings are all the millions of things that are taking place. So many wonderful moments! From all the little details of getting ready in the morning with your best friends, having your dad lose it seeing his little girl all dressed up for the first time, the tears being shed while family and friends are giving toasts, to getting down on the dance floor with rave lights as grandma laughs in disbelief.
The benefit of both of us being at your wedding, is we make sure to capture behind the scenes. Truly, the day goes by so fast, with so many moving pieces that some moments might go unnoticed to the untrained eye. For us though, it’s what we look for and run to!

Planning & Timelines
One of the main things we like to offer help with is suggested timelines for your wedding day. Why? Because everyone values different things on their wedding day. Our goal is to help see where we can make sure to have enough time to capture those beautiful and dreamy shots you’re wanting. Of course we focus on many candid moments throughout the day, but even some of those moments require some more time. So if you’re really looking forward to certain moments on the day, those are the ones we want to focus on the most.
This is another reason we love recommending hiring wedding planners or coordinators. They are truly life savers and experts in making sure any wedding runs smoothly. We have a wide variety of vendors that we trust to make your day run smoothly and will happily send you all of their information. Trust me, if you want a dream team, just put us with any of them, and we will work our butts off for you!
